KMC was founded by Malcolm and Karen over 23 years ago with little more than determination, hard work and a belief that there was a better way to provide cleaning services.
In the early days, Malcolm drove from business to business introducing KMC to potential customers using his dad’s old fishing car. Behind the scenes, Karen prepared quotations, managed the administration and helped build the business around family life.
When KMC won a new cleaning contract, Malcolm didn’t simply send somebody else to do the work, he carried out the cleaning himself.
As word spread and the business grew, so did the team. What began with one person cleaning and one person running the office has developed into an established commercial cleaning company supporting businesses across the South West.
But growth has never changed what KMC stands for.
